In SpamTitan Cloud, there are three successful requirements for a successful login:

- A valid user name (an email address)
- A valid password
- You must be coming in from an IP address combination allowed in SpamTitan -- this is typically the cause of not being able to login, even after resetting the password using the "Forgot Password" link from the login page.

To fix, send an email to helpstc@spamtitan.com with the following information:

1) Your name
2) the email address that you are trying to log in as (this will help us search the logs to find the reason that you can't log in)
3) the IP address, if known, that you are logging in from
4) The URL that you are trying to log in from (typically http://portal.spamtitan.com)
