In SpamTitan Cloud, there are three successful requirements for a successful login:

  • A valid user name (an email address).
  • A valid password.
  • You must be coming in from an IP address combination allowed in SpamTitan -- this is typically the cause of not being able to login, even after resetting the password using the "Forgot Password" link from the login page.


To fix, email helpstc@spamtitan.com with the following information:

  • your name.
  • the email address that you are trying to log in with (this will help us search the logs to find the reason that you can't log in).
  • the IP address that you are logging in from (if known).
  • The URL that you are trying to log in from, typically¬†http://portal.spamtitan.com.
